Do you want to produce your own electricity, but you're bothered by the look of solar panels? Then our new 200-watt balcony solar panels are just what you need.

We designed our balcony solar panels with the idea that they should blend harmoniously into their surroundings and not be perceived as foreign elements. For this reason, we have produced our new balcony line in attractive colors and photorealistic designs .

With our 200-watt balcony solar panels, discussions about an annoying or unsuitable appearance are a thing of the past.

We paid close attention to the size of the solar panels. Measuring 107 x 103 cm, the solar panels fit almost all balcony railings.

The solar panels can be easily attached to the balcony railing using the discreet eyelets and the included metal cable ties.

Our balcony solar panels are only 8 mm thin , making them extremely slim . This means the look of your balcony railing won't be spoiled by bulky panels.

The 200-watt solar panels are protected from all environmental influences by a robust protective glass . They offer the stability of conventional solar panels, but are as elegant and attractive as flexible plastic solar panels.

This combination of stability and aesthetics is unique and makes our 200 watt panels so special .

You currently have too little space on your balcony, but would like to produce more of your own solar power later?

We've thought of that too. Our balcony power plant can be expanded with additional modules at any time . This means you can start with a smaller set now and increase the output later with more solar panels.

Each of our sets includes everything you need to get started. This includes the solar panels, inverter, 230-volt connection cable (IP55), metal cable ties, and the necessary adapters and extension cables.

Should you still require longer cables for your personal installation, you can find our pre-assembled cables here to enable you to set up the panels in your desired location.

    Solution for tenants

You would like to produce your own solar power, but you're not sure what you need to consider?

The following applies: For anything mounted outside the rented property (specifically: outside the balcony railing or the facade), tenants need the landlord's consent. This is because the landlord (and not the tenant) could be held liable for any damage caused by a falling solar panel. This has often resulted in tenants not receiving permission and thus not being able to benefit from balcony solar installations.

Landlords can grant permission on the condition that the panels are professionally installed and that the tenants assume liability for any damages. A sample agreement was drawn up for this purpose in cooperation with Casafair and the Tenants' Association. (Source: topten.ch)

You can find the sample agreement here.

We're keeping our fingers crossed that you'll soon be able to produce your own solar power and do some good.
