This set is built for households that aren't satisfied with one evening of autonomy. Four SOLTURA 400 PRO All-Black panels combined with the EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X and its 3.84 kWh storage – twice the capacity of the STREAM Ultra. That means: producing solar power during the day, consuming it directly, storing the surplus, and using that stored energy not just through the evening but through the night and into the following morning. Four independent MPPT trackers ensure that each of the four panels is individually and optimally regulated. The result is a technically uncompromising system – that nonetheless runs via a standard wall socket.

3.84 kWh storage – from production through to the next morning

The decisive difference over smaller sets lies in the storage. With 3.84 kWh available, there is enough capacity to cover a significant share of an average Swiss household's electricity needs through the evening and night from its own solar generation. Anyone feeding 1600 Wp into the system during the day and not consuming it all directly will gradually fill the Ultra X – drawing from that reserve in the evening, overnight, and in the early morning. Across the daily production, this set covers roughly 30–45 % of daily household electricity consumption from solar energy under favourable conditions.

4x SOLTURA 400 PRO – four panels, four independent energy sources

Each SOLTURA 400 PRO panel delivers 400 W of peak power from 72 Grade A monocrystalline solar cells. The fully black design with anodised aluminium frame, hail-resistant safety glass, and IP65-certified junction box ensures a visually coherent and technically robust system. Four panels mean four independent energy sources – delivering up to 1600 Wp combined and individually regulated by the four MPPT trackers of the STREAM Ultra X.

One panel per MPPT tracker – the decisive difference

The EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X has four independent MPPT trackers. In this set, each tracker is paired with exactly one SOLTURA 400 PRO panel – a technically ideal 1:1 pairing. Every panel is individually regulated to its optimal operating point: a panel in the shade does not pull down the output of the others. Panels on different facades, with varying tilts or slightly different orientations can be combined without any loss of overall system yield. This makes the set not only powerful but exceptionally flexible to install.

EcoFlow STREAM Ultra X – inverter, storage and backup in one

The STREAM Ultra X takes in the 1600 Wp from all four panels, feeds up to 600 W into the home network, and stores surplus energy in its 3.84 kWh storage (LFP cells). In the evening and at night, it delivers stored energy at up to 1200 W directly to household appliances. In bypass mode, it channels up to 2300 W from the grid when needed – washing machines, ovens, and other high-draw devices keep running without interruption. In the event of a power outage, the Ultra X takes over backup supply seamlessly, without interruption and without manual intervention. The increased AC charging input of 1200 W ensures that the larger storage can be recharged quickly even during low-sunshine periods or overnight from the grid.

AI energy management – fully automatic, around the clock

The integrated Eco-AI continuously analyses the household's energy consumption and decides in real time when to feed in, store, or draw from the grid. The AI-TOU mode factors in tariff rates and automatically shifts charge and discharge cycles to the most cost-effective time windows. Everything is visible and controllable via the free EcoFlow app.

Plug and Play – no electrician, no waiting time

The four SOLTURA panels are connected to the four inputs of the STREAM Ultra X via the included MC4 solar cables. The unit is then simply plugged into a standard wall socket. Commissioning and configuration are handled entirely via the EcoFlow app. No electrician, no building permit on the device side, no waiting time.

What this set produces

With a realistic annual production of approximately 1200 kWh and an electricity price of CHF 0.29 per kWh, this set generates annual savings of around CHF 350. The SOLTURA panels are designed for a service life of over 25 years. The STREAM Ultra X delivers 6,000 charge cycles at a minimum of 70 % remaining capacity – equivalent to over 16 years of daily use.
