Mounting a solar panel vertically on a balcony railing is simple — but it isn't always the most productive solution. This angled balcony solar mount instead orients the panel at a flatter angle toward the sun, delivering a noticeably higher energy yield, particularly during morning and evening hours when the sun sits low on the horizon.
Specifically engineered for balcony railings.
This bracket isn't improvised — it's purpose-built for the geometry of typical balcony railings. It mounts securely to the railing without drilling or screwing — ideal for rental apartments too, where structural modifications to the railing are often not permitted.
For solar panels up to 104 cm wide.
This angled balcony solar mount is designed for solar panels up to 104 cm wide — compatible with most common solar panels on the market, including the SOLTURA Pro Series by AutoSolar.
More angle, more yield.
A vertical mount has an advantage in winter, since the low winter sun hits the surface almost head-on. Across the full year, however, an angled mount usually delivers the higher total yield, because it captures sunlight more effectively across all seasons — particularly in spring, summer and autumn.
Flexible: glued or removable.
The mounting parts (corners) can either be glued in place or installed in a way that allows later removal — practical if you move or want to reinstall the solar panel somewhere else later.
AutoSolar mounting hardware.
This angled balcony solar mount is part of the AutoSolar mounting hardware range — engineered to get the solar panels of the SOLTURA Pro Series into place safely and with optimised yield. Quality you don't see, but feel every day.
Optimally oriented. More yield. By AutoSolar.
