We've prioritized easy installation in our balcony power plants. Simply connect the cables and your electricity starts flowing. Our balcony brackets allow you to easily hang the solar panels vertically or at an angle on the railing.

You can easily monitor the electricity you produce via app (for iOS and Android ).

Solution for tenants

You would like to produce your own solar power, but you're not sure what you need to consider?

The following applies: For anything mounted outside the rented property (specifically: outside the balcony railing or the facade), tenants need the landlord's consent. This is because the landlord (and not the tenant) could be held liable for any damage caused by a falling solar panel. This has often resulted in tenants not receiving permission and thus not being able to benefit from balcony solar installations.

Landlords can grant permission on the condition that the panels are professionally installed and that the tenants assume liability for any damages. A sample agreement was drawn up for this purpose in cooperation with Casafair and the Tenants' Association. (Source: topten.ch)
