Every camper build starts tidy. And ends as a nest of cables behind the bench seat. A hardware-store fuse block, three Wago connectors too many, one wire nobody can trace anymore. It works — until it doesn't, usually in the evening, usually in the rain.

The UNITURA 120A is where wiring turns into an electrical system.

Twelve circuits. Each fused on its own. Three outputs at 30A, three at 20A and six at 10A — enough for fridge, water pump, heater, lighting, TV, charging sockets and whatever gets added later. Every output has its own plug-in fuse slot. If one circuit drops, the rest stays live. And you'll know which one within seconds.

Switch it from bed. Bluetooth is built in. The app shows every circuit live, lets you switch each one individually and adjust parameters — without lifting the bench seat. For fixed control, the RM12 touch panel brings twelve loads plus one inverter remote switch onto a single interface. On top of that: RS485 and CAN with RV-C protocol, the communication standard in motorhomes.

The best protection is the kind that acts first. The UNITURA monitors the battery continuously and disconnects on deep discharge before damage happens — you set the cut-off threshold yourself, matched to lead-acid, AGM, gel or lithium. Add overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection on every load output and a high-temperature shutdown. Four layers of safety a plain fuse strip simply doesn't have.

Built for years of bad roads. 120A total current, 9 to 16 volt input range, passively cooled, with no fan to fail. Own consumption stays below 40 mA. Operating range runs from -35°C to +65°C — from winter camping in Scandinavia to summer in southern Europe. The box belongs in a protected interior spot: technical cabinet, seat box, storage locker. Not the splash zone.

In a self-build, it replaces fuse holders, relays and a switch panel with one component and clean cable routing. In a motorhome refit, it brings grown-over-time wiring to a standard an electrician can actually read. In an expedition vehicle, what counts is that one failed load doesn't take down half the truck.
