Solar panel: SOLTURA 160 Pro. Flexible and conforming.
There are plenty of semi-flexible solar modules. The difference with the SOLTURA 160 Pro is where you can’t see it: inside. Instead of a pure plastic laminate, it has a full-surface aluminum core. Aluminum conducts heat — the heat under intense sun is spread and dissipated. The cells run cooler. Cooler cells work more efficiently and last longer. You also get dimensional stability that all-plastic designs can never achieve. 155 × 54 cm at 5 kg and only 3 mm build height: a panel that adapts to slightly curved camper roofs and boat hulls, glued or screwed — without a mounting system, with no surface for the slipstream to grab. (Flexible panels must never be bonded across the entire surface, so some air can get under the solar panel.)
Storage: 1,536 watt-hours you can actually use.
The math checks out: The panel delivers 700 to 800 watt-hours per day under good conditions. The LiFePO4 battery holds 12.8 V × 120 Ah — 1,536 watt-hours. A sunny day fills about half of the storage. Two days fill it completely. And what goes in also comes back out: lithium iron phosphate can be discharged almost completely, while an AGM battery of the same capacity really only gives you about half. 120 Ah lithium replaces 200 Ah lead — at significantly lower weight — 12.6 kg — and 2,000 charge cycles instead of a few hundred.
The integrated BMS monitors each cell individually and protects against deep discharge, overcharge, short circuit, and overtemperature. No gassing, no acid, no maintenance. The battery can be installed wherever there’s space in your build — not only where a lead-acid battery would have to go.
Two charging sources. One device.
Traditional builds need two boxes: a charge booster for the alternator and an MPPT charge controller for solar. The UNITURA MPPT DC-DC charger combines both. One less device in the cabinet, one less wiring harness, one less source of error. With buck, boost, and buck-boost operation, it also handles smart-regulated Euro 6 alternators where cheap boosters give up. Over 99% MPPT efficiency extracts everything the panel can deliver. The LiFePO4 charging profile is factory-set — and the starter battery is maintained as well, so the engine starts even after days without driving.
Cables you don’t have to prepare.
5 meters of solar cable with pre-assembled solar connectors (MC4-compatible) lead from the panel to the charge controller. 2 meters of solar cable with ring terminals from the charge controller to the battery. All 4 mm², all pre-terminated. No crimping, no pliers, no extra trip to the hardware store.

What’s not in the set.
Fuses, a battery master switch, and the adhesive for panel mounting are not included — they depend on your build. A fuse directly on the positive terminal of the battery is mandatory, not optional. For bonding we recommend Sikaflex.
