Free delivery within Switzerland
We deliver your parcel free of charge to your home for orders over CHF 65.–. All products available from stock are shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received, via Swiss Post, DPD, Planzer, or our freight partners.
Orders over 30 kg
Heavy parcels weighing more than 30 kg are delivered on pallets by our freight carrier. The transport company will contact you by phone to arrange the delivery. If you cannot be reached by phone, you will be informed about the delivery status by email.
Order by 12:00 p.m., receive it tomorrow
All products available from stock will usually arrive at the specified delivery address the next day if ordered between Monday and Thursday before 12:00 p.m. We always do our best to meet the indicated delivery times.
International deliveries
We also deliver abroad. Deliveries up to 30 kg to Germany and Austria are calculated individually. VAT and customs duties for Germany and Austria are not included in the shipping price and will be charged directly to the customer by the shipping service.
For larger deliveries or shipments to other destinations, additional costs may apply. Please contact us before placing your order for an accurate price quote.

Withdrawal
Returns of unopened and unused goods are generally possible within 10 days after shipping, subject to a small handling fee. After this period, exchanges or returns are no longer possible. Please contact us as soon as you are dissatisfied with an item.
Transport damage
Please check your parcels upon arrival for any transport damage and contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery if damage has occurred. After this period, we can unfortunately no longer make transport damage claims.
