These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts for the purchase of goods and the provision of work or services concluded with AutoSolar AG (hereinafter referred to as “AutoSolar”) – regardless of whether the order is placed via the website www.autosolar.ch (hereinafter “online shop”), by email, by telephone, in writing, or through personal sales. The version of these GTC valid at the time of contract conclusion and published on the website shall apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AutoSolar reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time.

If the customer does not wish to accept these GTC, this must be communicated to AutoSolar in writing before the contract is concluded.
The customer’s general terms and/or purchasing conditions shall not become part of the contract unless expressly and in writing acknowledged by AutoSolar.

In the event that specific contractual agreements between AutoSolar and the customer deviate from the provisions of these GTC, the contractual agreements shall take precedence.

Furthermore, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract between AutoSolar and the customer or in these GTC, the relevant provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations shall apply.

Currently, deliveries of goods by AutoSolar are limited to addresses in Switzerland and selected European countries. Unfortunately, orders from other countries cannot be processed at this time.
